Business Operations Risk & Independence Change & Comms Manager

Our Business Operations Solutions (BOS) Risk & Independence Workstream Change and Communications team are looking for a Manager will support the project in the identification, coordination and tactical delivery of Change Management and Communications for the R&I Workstream.
This role will report to the BOS Change Lead with a dotted line to the R&I Programme Lead.

Assess change and communications needs of the Risk & Independence Workstream providing strategic and tactical support that can include, but not be limited to:
Conducting change impact assessments
Drafting strategic communications
Drafting support communications and leadership presentations
Developing a change strategy in collaboration with the BOS Change Lead and Change leads of the other BOS solutions
Developing a communications plan in collaboration with the BOS Communications Lead
Advising on how best to leverage existing communications channels
Developing and managing intranet (i.e., Spark) content/toolkits
Experience and Knowledge
Must have change management background, relevant experience or advanced degree
Experience developing change and communication plans and written communications for different types of audiences
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Experience in the development of intranet pages required
Can understand the full lifecycle of change - strategy through execution and can demonstrate practical experience
Strong executive presence to occasionally work with senior leaders in the firm

Participate in various team calls and meetings
Participate in the BOS project change and comms community fortnightly calls (every other Tuesday)
Location: Ideally, we’d like this candidate located in the US, UK or Germany
Duration: 2 years
