  • Influence business units and wider firm to use and maximise R&D principles and resources.

  • Mitigate any issues that prevent the use of effective R&D such as poor behaviours, under performing commercials and duplication.

You’ll devise a process to capture and approve ideas and support business units with best practice strategic and commercial advice. You’ll use your commercial acumen to challenge stakeholders’ ideas in line with strategic priorities.

You will have prior experience of developing innovation frameworks information and collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders including risk and quality, IT, sales and marketing.

Essential skills:
  • Extensive experience of proposition building and bringing products to market, ideally gained within a software or professional services environment
