Job description

Who we are looking for

In response to strong business growth, our Finance Consulting practice is expanding. We work with our clients to help transform their Finance functions, to respond to the changing needs and expectations of the business and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations. Increasingly our clients are having to deliver these outcomes against a backdrop of emerging technologies and digitalisation, rapidly changing business models and the impact of new regulatory requirements.

Our Finance Consulting group provides the knowledge and experience our clients seek to drive this change, whether through automating their processes to reduce costs, enabling them to add greater strategic insights to business decision making, helping them to operate and integrate leading Finance technology solutions or even restructuring their resource requirements by introducing the notion of software robots.

We provide full lifecycle support to CFO's – from strategy through to execution – covering Finance function vision & target operating model definition, design support including advising on optimal organisation, process and systems design and providing end-to-end support for subsequent implementation.

We are currently seeking a Manager with a strong, proven background in finance transformation, finance technology and the curiosity to develop their understanding of the key trends impacting our clients.

  • Identifying and leading the development of further service opportunities, while client side, based on a good understanding of the client’s needs and broader market dynamics, combined with a strong knowledge of PwC's capabilities.

  • Contributing to our continued thought leadership around Finance function design, processes, policies, strategy, reporting and systems
