Global Google Change Management Manager

The Google Change Management Manager will be part of the PwC IT / Global Google Change Team. This person will be responsible for activities that support a comprehensive global change management programme to effectively drive G Suite adoption across the PwC network. S/he will work primarily alongside the Global Change Management team and the Global G Suite Service Manager to execute the G Suite strategy. The emphasis in the role is to take responsibility for G Suite adoption activities, including measurement of the use of G Suite, driving adoption across territories and supporting new services from Google.
This Manager must have excellent writing, presentation and data analysis skills, and must demonstrate cultural acumen and dexterity. This role requires a highly-organized operating style, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. A solid technical understanding of enterprise-wide cloud collaboration migrations and implementations is also required. Recent direct experience with the deployment of the G Suite programme and relationships across the PwC network are highly desirable. Occasional international travel and flexibility around working hours may be required.
Scope of responsibility:
The work is bucketed into two main areas of responsibility: support for deployment of G Suite globally and ongoing operational change and service management. The best qualified candidate will be required to work in both areas.
Deployment responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the global representatives for territory deployments, as required
Curate and cultivate previous territory deployment materials and documentation to provide “best in class” references for current deploying territories
Provide support to, and collaborate with, other change management team members on the global team
Work collaboratively with program management and technology teams to identify change implications and provide change considerations to the programme at the territory level
Operational change management responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support of the Global Google Service Manager, as required
Facilitate connections across all implemented territories to drive continued adoption and sustainability of the intended end user behavioural changes
Create and drive the overall measurement strategy for G Suite across the network, to include support of the Global Google Adoption Dashboard, and other measurement techniques as needed
Provide support to various leadership teams regarding change management related issues, as required
Create and support a unified communications strategy and plan about the program
Analyse and determine impact for new Google services and functionality. Develop global change management packages that can be leveraged by deployed territories (e.g., Team Drive, Sites, Google+, etc)
Work with global team members to continue to grow and improve the programme
Identify global client teams and work with them to 1) educate global client teams about G Suite, 2) identify existing processes where territories are working across the client, 3) identify Google capabilities that can help improve collaboration, productivity, and innovation, 4) directly support the team to help implement the solutions
Knowledge and experience working with Google Apps Script preferred, but not required
