About the Team
OneGM is a national business with teams based in London and across the UK. We help our clients move their people across the globe, dealing with everything from collecting compensation data to allow the compliance specialists to prepare the UK Tax returns to redesigning an organisations mobility programme to better retain key talent and developing new app based technology for our clients.
We need Senior Associates to join all parts of our business and you can be based in London or Birmingham. We can provide you with the opportunity to work directly with experienced Senior Managers, Directors and Partners in a collaborative environment.
Our clients include CEO’s, FD’s and HRD’s who look to us to work in Partnership with them to deliver first class mobility programmes using technology to deliver cost effective programmes with an unrivalled experience for their assignees. Our clients range from organisations who are just starting to expand operations and move their people to new territories to well known names with mature programmes looking for innovative ways to enhance their offering.
Our client base is a mix of large and small companies and UK listed/unlisted companies. Our clients operate in a wide range of industries, including Automotive, Engineering, Consumer Products, Oil and Gas, Public Sector, Financial Services and Technology. These clients also operate in many territories around the world resulting in cross border issues that may require you to work closely with global colleagues to provide a global solution. The day to day contact you will have with your clients’ key stakeholders means that you will have the opportunity to build solid relationships, and be their trusted advisor.
As part of the People & Organisation business we are considered the anchor service in P&O with responsibility for spotting and nurturing opportunities to introduce other P&O colleagues to our clients – this provides you with an opportunity to be part of broad business conversations with clients and build your personal networks with PwC specialists in Employment Tax, Reward, Pensions, Immigration and Human Resource Management.
It’s an exciting time to be part of OneGM. We are using technology in new ways, transforming the way we deliver to our clients to make better use of offshore service centres and actively targeting to grow our market share as the impact of MFR and changing buyer habits is felt, resulting in an increasingly competitive and exciting marketplace.
So if you are looking for a challenge to be creative and the opportunity to showcase your skillset, this may be the transfer for you. Our team encourages you to work to your strengths and we have a robust network of mentors and people managers who will help you ensure your path is a successful one within our team.
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic people who want to get stuck in and are quick to learn. You will work with data tools such as Alteryx and Tableau to deliver client facing projects which combine our technical and subject matter expertise with insightful and impactful analysis. Working with HR data, travel data, compensation and PwC technical knowledge you will create critical deliverables supporting the provision of global mobility services to clients. On some projects you will be part of mixed teams including across P&O and Tax, demonstrating the wider impact of global mobility. You will be part of a team dedicated to building a market leading Global Mobility data practice.
