BRS (Business Recovery Services) typically works in situations where there is a need for a business to manage stakeholders (including lenders and other creditors), restructure its debt or operations, improve operational performance (cost or working capital reduction), simplify its group structure, or raise debt finance.
About the Role

Working closely with BD manager, the Marketing Manager would work directly with partners and their teams to establish and execute marketing strategy.
This six month cycle of experience is a great opportunity for either a manager looking for a new experience, or an established executive looking for manager-level experience.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering a variety of marketing activities - current focus in the team is on improving social media presence, running priority account campaigns and events and managing website presence.
Working with sales and marketing partner and Pursuits manager to evolve and deliver marketing and sales strategy for financial restructuring team
Drive Restructuring Trends marketing campaign - working with editorial team and lead partner to generate content and push to market through various channels
Run high profile market events, working with partners and teams to generate content, and working with events team and BD manager to maximise client engagement
Be SMT point of contact with account teams, advising on best routes to market
Use SMT network to make sure marketing activity is joined-up across different lines of services, bringing in content from other areas of the business and making sure our content reaches all relevant routes to market
Drive social media campaign, which launched earlier this year, to increase personal brand of partners and teams, and generate leads through core channels.
Work with website team to manage and maintain online presence
