We are looking for a Senior Associate to support the implementation and enhancement of Mobile Learning projects in our Global Development team.

In this role you will support with innovative learning technology projects which will have impact across multiple PwC territories.

This role sits within the Learning Management Services team within PwC. This team is responsible implementing, managing and supporting a number of the core digital learning platforms and authoring tools that are used across the PwC global network of firms. This role reports directly to the Mobile Learning Services Manager.

About the role
Responsibilities in this role will include:
  • Supporting territories to implement or optimise their use of mobile learning related solutions

  • Supporting the Mobile Learning Service Manager in identifying & prioritising enhancements to the service and related solutions

  • Maintain project management artefacts and act as project coordinator for the Mobile Learning Service dashboard of projects, risks and issues log and weekly and monthly leadership reports

  • Assist in territory enablement of mobile learning solutions, supporting the full marketing/implementation/warranty and BAU cycle

  • Maintain the related intranet pages to ensure critical communications are delivered to stakeholders and knowledge items are kept up-to-date

  • Maintain and enhance guidance and support documentation to better enable self-diagnosis and troubleshooting by learners, content developers, administrators and / or local IT Support.

  • Developing test scripts for and executing user acceptance tests for new releases of the mobile learning solutions on all applicable devices

  • Working with applicable vendor to resolve any issues identified

  • Contribute to strategic IT projects as and when required. Responsibilities may include functional / system requirements analysis, data gathering, data cleansing, data migration, system configuration, system testing, and / or user training

  • Contribute to other strategic Digital Learning projects as and when required. Responsibilities may include research, analysis of industry trends, conducting Requests for Information or Requests for Proposals.

  • Knowledge of mobile technology and operating systems is highly desirable, particularly Android and iOS

  • Knowledge of Learning & Development processes is highly desirable, particularly around deploying, tracking and managing digital learning content; how different modes of delivery can support different L&D objectives and learning effectiveness measurement.

  • A high level understanding of the IT systems required to host, deliver and track digital learning is desirable (e.g. LMS, Content Management Systems, Reporting systems, etc).

  • Customer focused at all times – understanding the needs and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions.

  • Analytical skills – effective identification of issues and the application of systematic methodology to reach appropriate solutions.

  • Follow-up and monitoring – checking progress against targets, reporting as necessary and escalating issues to management when appropriate.

  • Strong understanding of technology operations management, and the software development life cycle.

  • Goal orientated – maintaining focus on agreed objectives and deliverables.

  • Able to communicate with impact, both in writing and orally.

  • Be able to work independently and as part of a small, highly focused team.

  • Demonstrate professional curiosity e.g. willing to explore and discover how software systems and IT processes work.

  • Process improvement – able to independently identify opportunities to improve / re-engineer processes in order to provide a better customer service and experience.

  • Change agility – able to quickly adapt and flex style, approach and work methods.
