Our Technology & Innovation team enables the development and adoption of new technologies within the Tax line of service. We are a diverse and multi-disciplinary group of c30 including data scientists, developers and project specialists. And our key areas of focus are: internal process automation, digital client service, and data & analytics.

Having recently launched our flagship product, we are looking for an experienced senior manager to lead a business as usual team driving and enabling business and client adoption. The core responsibilities and attributes of this role are:

  • Ownership of adoption and growth targets; working directly with practice stakeholders and clients to achieve these.

  • Use your knowledge of Tax to engage with clients and practice teams to and identify new revenue opportunities for the product.

  • Act as a spokesperson and evangelist for the product; presenting at appropriate internal and external forums and become known as the key point of contact.

  • Use platform analytics and user feedback to assess product performance and identify areas needing improvement.

  • Manage a product operations team; overseeing client care, adherence to PwC. policy and risk protocols, and product maintenance.

  • Manage content generation processes to deliver against KPIs; reporting performance on a monthly basis.

  • Be accountable for engaging with relevant business and client stakeholders to communicate technology developments and to manage issues as they arise.

  • Lead your team. Show a commitment to driving high performance and a bold approach to difficult conversations, coupled with a genuine commitment to understanding people‚Äôs strengths and championing their progress and well being.

  • Collaborate with the T&I Product Development Lead to identify and deliver product enhancements and iterations.

  • Report to the KTI management / senior stakeholder team; updating them on challenges and opportunities and engaging with them to define strategic priorities.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and a mature approach to dealing with challenge. Leading others by example.
