Who we are looking for

I have read and agree to these terms and conditions - Ever wondered what you are agreeing to?

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Software Licensing team. Our global team of licensing professionals conduct software reviews across a range of multinational companies on behalf of our clients who represent some of the largest Software Vendors globally. Using a range of skill sets, we work to capture the relevant software applications deployed across an organisation, and ensure they are being used in accordance with the license restrictions.

Our team has grown significantly over the last 12 months and we have ambitious plans for continued expansion. We are therefore recruiting motivated individuals with strong analytic skills and technical aptitude.

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated and ambitious candidates to join a fast paced and growing team. As a member of the team, you will assume a lead role in the delivery of license compliance reviews for multinational software vendors. You will have regular client contact and interaction, including attending the client site. As part of your role, you will be working to collate and analyse data, address discrepancies, summarise findings in a summary report, and ensure continuous project management.
In your role, you will be fully supported by both your line managers, who maintain ultimate responsibility for the delivery of these programs; and from colleagues who will help with the delivery of these reviews. You will be responsible for your own caseload, meeting deadlines agreed with clients, and will be actively encouraged to contribute to the development and improvement of program delivery and efficiency.
More specifically, as a member of the team, you will typically be expected to:

  • Manage the delivery of multiple software license compliance reviews to agreed timeframes and budgets, with assistance from other colleagues within the team;

  • Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues; coaching and training junior associates and building talent within your team;

  • Provide support to the managers ultimately responsible for the vendor programs; and

  • Work with clients to assist in the data collection process enabling a smooth and efficient end to end review process that meets our client timescales.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written);

  • Advanced analytical skills using Excel or other software tools; and

  • Strong project management and delegation skills, in particular meeting and enforcing deadlines

  • Degree in IT or Business related discipline;

  • A technical understanding of networks, the use of licensed software and software deployment;

  • An understanding of scan tools used to manage software deployment;

  • Knowledge of license models for major publishers (e.g. Oracle, SAP, IBM, Microsoft);

  • Understanding of Licensing, maintenance and support elements of agreements; and

  • Knowledge relevant to enterprise / server estate configuration.
