Marketing Executive, Tax Marketing

This is an exciting opportunity to work within our Sales and Marketing function as a Sales & Marketing Executive in our Tax LoS Marketing Team. The Tax Line of Service encompasses Tax, P&O and Legal, with multiple senior stakeholders, different clients/buyers, and different routes to market.
You will add real value supporting a range of marketing communications initiatives, from brand defining thought leadership to client relationship activities and key growth revenue driving campaigns.
You will take a leading role supporting our campaigns and delivering multi-channel relationship marketing programmes. If you enjoy project management, analytical thinking, creativity and working in a high performing team, then this role could be a great fit for you and a platform for you to excel.

About the role
You will be a key member of the Marketing Team, reporting into a Marketing Manager, supporting the Head of UK Tax Marketing and working closely with the Pursuits & Proposals and Insights teams.
Support the development and delivery of sales & marketing activity associated with our marketing programmes
Capture and report on the success of our sales & marketing programmes
Monitor risks and quality aspects of all related sales & marketing activity
You will have a proven yourself in a multi-channel sales & marketing campaigns role and have a passion for both new and traditional marketing channels
Strong communication (both written and verbal) is essential as you will be facilitating campaigns, influencing ideas, challenging effectively and building relationships
Strong analytical ability, particularly in terms of capturing, analysing and developing recommendations based upon ROI data sets
Experience implementing strategic and tactical sales & marketing initiatives
Experience at managing multiple projects simultaneously
Creative and innovative
Proactive with a positive ‘can do’ approach. You will proactively seek new channels to market and innovates methods to engage with our audience.
Self-starter who will build relationships, be able to upwardly manage and work effectively as part of a team
Strong business acumen - commercially and risk aware
Consultative approach - able to provide advice on the most appropriate approach, content and channel mix to deliver communications, with a particular focus on social media.
