Real Estate Senior Business Manager - Marketing
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced, credible and highly motivated Senior Manager to join the Sales & Marketing function (SMT) to support Real Estate (RE) – one of the firm’s strategic priorities.
The core purpose of the role is to drive brand, profile and sales within the Real Estate sector.
The jobholder should possess powerful communications skills, a proven track record in delivering successful marketing and communications campaigns and a strong understanding of the sales process in order to credibly support and challenge the RE senior management team. Creativity and innovative thinking will be key in order to effectively communicate key business messages to a diverse client and internal audience. The ability to network confidently both internally and externally will also be important. An understanding of the strategic business drivers for PwC and/or the real estate sector would be helpful but are not essential.
The jobholder will report to the Sales and Marketing Team (SMT) leadership team as well as the leaders for RE and will be part of the Market & Industry Driver capability.
SMT is a centralised support function and covers all aspects of professional services marketing, sales support and business development. The prime area of focus for the function is to support the development and implementation of the firm’s market strategy and in particular to deliver:

About the role:
In this role, the successful candidate will work with key stakeholders to support the go to market strategy and business priorities, build brand profile both external and internal, develop networks, relationships, define propositions, and drive engagement with key buyer groups and accounts.
This role is responsible for working with key stakeholders to develop and drive the sales and marketing strategy for Real Estate (RE) in the UK. The jobholder will report to the Head of Financial Services Industry Drivers and work closely with other market and industry drivers including those for Capital Projects and Infrastructure (CP&I), Private Equity and Sovereign Wealth and Financial Services.
This role will be responsible for:
- Strategic and network development
- Develop and drive key propositions and campaigns for RE
- Drive growth of priority RE accounts
- Drive internal Real Estate community activity
- Support wider SMT talent development
The following skills are required for this role:
Proven track record in delivering successful marketing and communications campaigns (ideally within a Professional Services or Real Estate environment)
Strong knowledge of Pursuit, SPIN, Miller Heiman or another relationship/sales methodology with proven track record in implementing both strategic and tactical initiatives which drive revenue.
Experience of developing and targeting new client propositions.
Client focused with strong relationship skills.
