Who we’re looking for
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fast growing team as a Derivatives and Structured Products Lawyer. The successful candidate will be providing in-house legal guidance to our clients on various aspects of derivatives and structured product transactions, from structuring through implementation to closing. You’ll also engage in developing risk mitigation strategies and supporting clients with responding to the latest market development and regulatory issues.
Excellent academic background
At least 2 years relevant PQE in UK or equivalent jurisdiction, preferably at an in-house legal department or leading law firm
Previous exposure working in the Financial Services sector
Demonstrate commercial awareness of the latest market issues and regulatory changes.
Ability to build effective and positive client relationships quickly and fully embrace the importance of client service
Highly organised and meticulous.
